The Code Wiz Difference

WHY CHOOSE CODE WIZ?

We build the habits, confidence, and critical thinking your child will carry for life — not just coding skills.

💪

Resilience

Through debugging, iterating, and building real projects step-by-step, kids practice sticking with hard problems — and discover they can figure things out.

🎨

Creativity

Kids imagine, design, and build things that are uniquely theirs — games, robots, apps, mods. They don't just use technology, they shape it.

🔍

Curiosity

Kids explore thoughtfully, ask better questions, and develop habits that help them navigate whatever comes next — in school, in life, and in a world shaped by AI.

How We Build These Skills

Hands-on projects kids love: Kids build games, robots, and apps they're genuinely excited about — learning happens by doing.

Small classes, dedicated coaches: 1:4 ratio for ages 7–9. Every child gets personalized attention — never lost in a crowd.

Welcoming, safe environment: Collaborative projects, friendly challenges, and showcase events where every kid feels they belong.

Camp Questions

SUMMER CAMP FAQ

?Can my child do more than one camp week?+
Absolutely — each week is a completely different theme, so kids who do multiple weeks get a well-rounded experience across coding, game design, and robotics.
?Do kids need prior coding experience?+
None at all. We meet every child where they are — our curriculum is engaging for complete beginners and kids who already code.
?What does my child need to bring?+
Just themselves! All equipment and materials are provided. We recommend a light snack and water bottle since camps run 9AM–12PM.
?What's the instructor ratio?+
Spots are intentionally limited: 1:4 for ages 7–9, and 1:5 for ages 10+. Every camper gets meaningful individual attention — not lost in a large group.
?Where exactly are the camps held?+
At the Plainsboro Recreation Computer Training Room, 641 Plainsboro Road, Plainsboro, NJ 08536. Separate from our main Code Wiz center at Plainsboro Plaza.
?What if my child wants to continue after camp?+
Many summer campers go on to join our year-round after-school and weekend programs. Book a free trial at our main center and we'll find the right program to keep the momentum going.
